How we use your personal information ?
Solo System uses your personal information to provide you with services
and to help us better understand your needs and interests. Specifically, we
use your information to help you complete a transaction or order, to communicate
with you, to provide service and support, to update you on services and benefits,
to personalize promotional offers and to contact you for market research regarding
Solo System products or services. Credit card information is used only for payment
processing and fraud prevention which collected only to facilitate our financial
service. Bank account information and sensitive personal data are not used for
any other purpose by Solo System and will not be kept longer than necessary
for providing the services, unless you ask us to retain your bank account information
for future purchases.
Who we share your information with ?
Solo System will not sell, rent or lease your personal information with any
other third parties without your permission, except in responding to your requests
for products or services, or required by law enforcement action, subpoena, or
local law. Your permission will be requested when you submit your information.
Suppliers and service providers are required to keep confidential the information
received on behalf of Solo System and may not use it for any purpose other than
to carry out the services they are performing for Solo System.
Price Information
The price offered for the delivery is depending on the product wieght and customer
zone. The total charges of the delivery will be determined when customer receiveid
the ordered product in place.
Delivery And Shipping Time Estimate
How fast can a product be delivered to you? The delivery time estimate is for
the fastest available delivery time. Delivery times can vary depending on many
factors including shipping address, payment method, and the timely arrival of
expected vendor shipments at Solo System's warehouse. Ultimately, we provides
a great effort to enable your ordered products will be delivered as quickly
as we can and as soon as they are available.
Our Responsibility on The Delivery
For your protection, a signature of the delivery and shipping Notes is higly
required. By leaving a signed note giving delivery permission to leave a package
at the door, you have relinquished Solo System of any and all responsibility
for loss or damage. Solo System is not responsible for delivery which are delayed
due to causes beyond the control of our carriers, including, but not limited
to the following: Acts of God, riots, strikes or other labor disputes, air traffic
control delays, disruptions in air or ground transportation networks due to
events such as weather phenomena and natural disasters.
Warranties and Limitation of Liabilities
Warranty Service Requests
Solo System now offers various honor warranties on many of the products we sell.
Any Solo System product which you suspect to be defective and is covered by
a
the manufacturer's warranty should be returned to us for warranty repair. The
warranty period will be one year from the date of purshase as appeared on the
sales receipt of Solo System. Solo System may request customers to present the
proof of purchase required customer. The service agent will contact you within
one business day to provide you with further details regarding your repair order.
Items returned for warranty service usually delivered back within 7 business
days after receipt of your defective equipment.
Warranty Limitation
This warranty is applicable to all products to be serviced and charged.. Parts
used for repair or replacement may be either new or reconditional parts. This
decision will be made by the sole discretion of Solo System. Solo System shall
no responsible for loss of data under any circumtances. Customer are encouraged
to back up all data on hard disk, if possible, before bringing the computer
for repair.
Exchange Condition
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging with the UPC or bar
code intact, and all components, manuals and registration card(s) included.
Products using accessories must be returned with the factory-sealed accessory
or will require a deduction for a replacement. Product that is returned incomplete,
or damaged, ( if accepted ) will require a deduction.This deduction is final.
Exchange Service Request
In order to receive a replacement for returned merchandise, you must place a
new order. Solo System must receive payment for all merchandise prior to delivery
any replacements. We will deliver your replacement in the same manner as your
original order.
